Order Confirmations and Information
An order confirmation is sent to each customer via e-mail when an order is completed via our secure order pages. Phone orders will not have an order confirmation e-mailed.
All customers should carefully review the order confirmation e-mail they receive to ensure they have ordered the correct size, color and quantity. Changes can be made to an order via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receiving this confirmation.
We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Order confirmation numbers will include the date ordered and the customer's full name.

Warranties
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact us by phone if you have any problems after 30 days and we will make every effort to resolve the problem satisfactorily.

Return Policy
If you have questions about sizing, please call or e-mail Tip Tee Toe® before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please phone us at 219-861-6012 to receive your RMA number.
All returns must be shipped and received by Tip Tee Toe® within 30 days of original delivery date.
All merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packing slip to qualify for a valid return. No credit will be issued for shoes worn, or for any freight charges. A restocking charge of $7.50 will be charged for all returns.

Sales Tax
Tip Tee Toe® is located in Long Beach, Indiana. Residents of the state of Indiana will be charged a 7% sales tax. Residents in all other 49 states will NOT be charged sales tax. The only exceptions are wholesale customers who provide an official tax exempt certificate in advance of their first order. Please phone or e-mail us for additional information on wholesale ordering.
